Resume Writing

There are a lot of students, like me, who are currently on a mission to look  for the perfect internship. What worries us though, is that most of us do not have job experiences yet, and so what should we place in our resume to stand out? What on earth should I place in my resume? How can I make a good resume? I've searched for the answers over the internet and here are a few useful tips that I've found :

1) DO NOT place the following :

• Personal Information - Religion, Parent's Name (They won't hire you based on your parents or religion!) 
• Hobbies
• ID Picture (They won't hire you based on your looks!) 
• Sentences such as :  “Available for interview” or “References available upon request.” 

(You're obviously available for interview, and why should you only supply your references when they've asked for it?)

You should only place the important information such as your skills, educational background, training or your awards

2) Proofread your resume
    (Re-read it twice or thrice if necessary, ask other people to read it too, grammatical errors might as well cost you your dream job)

3) Put the most important information first
    (Most HR managers wouldn't have the time to read through your resume, so be sure that what she/he sees first would eventually land you the job)

4) Be creative, just don't overdo it
   (According to one HR manager, they tend to hire those who have passed resumes that stood out, those that showed creativity. Don't make your resume look generic. Add a personal touch to it!)

5) Don't Lie

I'm addicted to Matsuda Shota... He's so... He's so handsome, and hot :)!
He's a very talented actor, I first watched him as Akiyama Shinichi in Liar Game (a very entertaining drama)

Blogging

Whoaahh! I finally have a blog, I've been thinking about making one for a LONG time now :).
It seems fun to have one :)... a blog where you can write whatever it is that's on your mind, and lately I do have a lot on my mind! Like my internship, exam results, moving to another place, school .
